Verify a Signet document.

Confirm the writing record behind any document certified with Signet. Drop the Signet PDF, the submission file (.docx / .pdf / .txt), scan its QR code, or enter the certificate ID. File contents stay in your browser — only the document's fingerprint is sent to look up the certificate.

Drop a Signet certificate or verification PDF

We'll find the certificate and open its verification page.

File contents stay in your browser. Only the document's fingerprint (a one-way hash) is sent — no text, formatting, or original file leaves your machine.

How verification works

1

Get a file from the author

When someone certifies a document with Signet, they receive three files — a certificate PDF, a verification PDF, and their original document. Any Signet PDF works here.

2

Drop it above — or scan the QR code

Every Signet certificate PDF embeds a QR code that opens the verification page directly. Use your phone camera on the QR if you'd rather not drop a file.

3

See the writing record

The verification page shows the full session timeline, paste annotations, total writing time, and a content fingerprint check — everything recorded during composition.
